An illustration for my university magazine cover. The feature article was Katherine Mansfield: A student icon. I wanted to bring Kathy into the modern age, as she did us, with a bit of ‘fuck-you’ feminine charm. Although rebellious and unconventional, her progressive attitude and short stories went on to inspire many.
